Who I am
Graham Harris
I'm Graham Harris — a qualified management accountant (A.C.M.A.) with over 20 years of Finance Director experience across multi-site hospitality and leisure businesses.
My background spans some of London's most acclaimed dining — including Michelin-starred restaurants featured in the World's 50 Best, premium casual concepts across multiple high-footfall London sites, and growth-stage brands at various stages of expansion. I've scaled businesses, raised capital, led turnarounds, and built finance functions from the ground up.
I now work on a fractional and consulting basis — bringing that same calibre of financial leadership to growing operators who need a senior FD in their corner, without the full-time overhead.
